Safa Global Capital
The issuer of STAC and a MiFID II distributor, holder of the group reserve, and host of the Safa Global Society, a consumer-service membership open globally where lawful. STAC is a tokenised claim on the issuer, structured as an ERC-20 token and sitting outside MiCA.
Public path: Society membership. Investment paths: future STAC subscription (in preparation, jurisdiction-gated, not available to US persons) or the private Founders Round (accredited investors only, subscribing to SGC equity).
