Read this top-down. The Foundation is the constitutional steward in the Qatar Financial Centre. The two operating pillars run the platform: Capital in Malta and Ventures in Mexico. The Excellence Fund, held by SGV, carries the operating companies through the eight verticals, with Safa Energy, Safa Health, and Safa Sustainability anchoring our newest sector commitments.

MISSION CONTROL

Safa Global Foundation

The constitutional anchor of the architecture. A private purpose foundation being established in the Qatar Financial Centre (QFC), designed for permanence across generations of operating management. Holds a non-economic Class F golden share, a veto over Reserved Matters across the group and at the Excellence Fund. It does not chase returns; it safeguards the platform's purpose.

  • Non-economic Class F veto over Reserved Matters across the group and the Excellence Fund
  • Shariah Advisory Board seated inside with binding authority over the Sukuk Programme
  • Custodian of the Safa Global Society register
  • Designed as the eventual steward-owner of Safa Global (Rolex pattern)

SGC

ISSUER, DISTRIBUTOR & RESERVE

Safa Global Capital

The capital-markets and reserve side of the platform. SGC is the issuer of STAC (and maintains its registry), a MiFID II distributor placing instruments to eligible investors inside an EU-regulated perimeter, the originator of the Safa Global Sukuk Programme, and the holder of the single group reserve (cash, gold, digital assets). SGC also invests as one consolidated limited partner in the Excellence Fund, connecting the capital side to the venture side. It is the public-facing brand for the Safa Global Society. SGC is not an AIFM.

  • Issuer of STAC, a tokenised claim-on-issuer security (in preparation, pending counsel and authorisation)
  • MiFID II distributor placing instruments to eligible investors in an EU-regulated perimeter
  • Originator and servicer of the Safa Global Sukuk Programme
  • Holder of the single group reserve (cash, gold, digital assets)
  • Private Founders Round for accredited and qualified investors (SGC equity, subscribe via the angel gate)

SGV is the general partner and manager of the Excellence Fund, which holds the operating portfolio (13 companies across 8 verticals) and is open to outside limited partners at fund, vertical, and company levels. SGV houses the vertical-parent layer (Safa Energy, Safa Health, Safa Sustainability).

  • GP and manager of the Excellence Fund, the group's venture portfolio
  • Excellence Fund portfolio: 13 operating companies across 8 verticals
  • Being established as a Mexican company (S.A.P.I.)
  • Vertical-parent layer: Safa Energy (AI Fuel Efficiency), Safa Health (Together), Safa Sustainability (Circles)

FOUNDER HOLDING VEHICLE

Safa Global Partners Ltd

A Maltese private limited company acting as the corporate general partner and the founder holding vehicle. It holds the Class P shares, the controlling economic equity, and sets strategic direction, always within the boundary the Foundation's Class F veto defines. Designed for future Rolex-style transfer to the Foundation as part of the steward-ownership endgame.

The Founder owns and operates today. The Foundation accepts ownership in time. The mission persists across both.

SHARED PORTFOLIO

The operating pillars invest into and operate the same portfolio of real ventures and assets. Different roles, aligned outcomes.
